Cesar Chavez was a great leader with a non-violent approach on things. No matter what the problem was he never fought with violence he only fought with words.Even when he was little he was taught to never fight and to help people who are in need of help. Stressing nonviolent methods, Chavez drew attention for his causes via boycotts, marches and hunger strikes. Despite conflicts with the Teamsters union and legal barriers, he was able to secure raises and improve conditions for farm workers in California, Texas, Arizona and Florida. He did such great things that he got his own day Cesar Chavez Day because we will be reminded that he made a change by helping people without violence like he once said Si Se Puede.
